Investment Criteria:
- Equity check size: $250K – $1M per transaction
- Target company EBITDA: $1.5M – $3M
- EBITDA margin: >15%, with a track record of growth and profitability (not projected)
- Owner-operated or founder-led businesses, often in a succession or ownership-transition situation
- Diversified, reference-able customer base
- Prefer board seat
